Where faith, literature, and family shape every lesson

Our Philosophy

Kaiser Family Academy's approach to education is holistic, literature-rich, and deeply rooted in our Christian faith.

Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.

— Philippians 4:8

How We Learn

Kaiser Family Academy is a Christ-centered, home-based education program rooted in the belief that learning thrives when it is personal, purposeful, and paced to each child’s unique design. Located in Michigan, our program brings together students across all grade levels under one household, allowing siblings to learn alongside one another while following individualized plans suited to their age and God-given abilities.

Our academic approach is literature-rich and globally minded, utilizing carefully selected “living books” alongside strong foundations in mathematics, reading, and the sciences. Instruction is structured and intentional, with regular review of student progress to keep each learner appropriately challenged and engaged. By exploring history, diverse cultures, and the natural world, we seek to cultivate not only academic proficiency but a deep, lasting appreciation for truth and beauty.

As a family-centered school, we value the discipleship relationship between parent and student as the core of everything we do. Parents serve as the primary instructors, supported by community resources, co-op partnerships, and full adherence to Michigan homeschool compliance requirements. Our goal is to graduate students who are independent thinkers, capable learners, and young people of strong character, fully prepared to serve others in whatever path they choose after their K–12 years.
